Payment Options

Payment is due at the time service is rendered.  For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Debit, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit.

Pet Insurance welcomed.

Checks will be accepted with matching VA driver’s license or military ID.  The signer’s name must match the name on the check.

Client Loyalty Program

For every $100 you spend, you earn one electronic “stamp” through the rewards program on our app. Once you have earned 16 loyalty stamps, you can redeem them for $100 off your next visit.

  • Loyalty stamps do not expire
  • Can be given to family and friends who use our app.
  • Must be presented before invoicing is completed in order to redeem.

Please note that loyalty stamps cannot be earned when using Care Credit, Wellness Plans, or gift cards as the method of payment. They cannot be used to pay for Wellness Plans.

Gift Cards

Give the gift of good health to others!  We offer $50 Gift Cards for purchase.

  • Gift Cards never expire
  • No restrictions on use
  • Can be given to others

Please note that loyalty stamps cannot be earned when using Gift Cards as the method of payment.

Payment Plans

For clients interested in payment plans, we accept Care Credit.  Care Credit is a third-party provider of health care payment options, used by veterinarians, dentists, and other health care professionals.  Visit to learn more about their payment plans, to determine your credit limit, or to apply for credit.

Scheduled appointments are reserved for your pet, and 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations.

All new clients, and any client who has a history of not showing up for a scheduled appointment, are required to pay the exam fee/office visit in advance at the time the appointment is scheduled. This payment is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, or if the client does not show up for the appointment.
